Estimated arrival dates do not apply to:

• Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes and rural areas.
• Deliveries made to U.S. territories, APO, FPO and international addresses.
• Items shipped common carrier freight, including bikes.
• Items that are out-of-stock at the time of ordering.
• Orders that are placed during the weekend.

Every item you purchase at Starley is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If, for any reason, you are not happy with an item, provided it is not used, please return it at any time for an exchange or refund. We will credit your original payment method, excluding shipping costs. Returns and Exchanges

Before returning your merchandise you must obtain a Return Authorisation Number. Any merchandise sent without an RA number will be returned to the sender.

Return Processing: Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed.
