Rik's Mid season update

Well here we are at the mid season point of my program. The progress so far has gone to right to plan. Three weeks ago i wrapped up the RTTC Rudy project series with four wins out of four, the objective of these events was to use them as time based targets which we hit at every event more so the last event in the lake district where i produced a big PB which set me up nicely for the next event...

Starley win in Belgium

Tom Arnstein - Team ASL. Over the 51km course the race was well bunched, any break was soon pulled back into the bunch until the last 50 feet where Tom sprinted to victory ahead of the favourite Edward DeBoeck.   Congratulations Tom a well deserved win, showing the skills and abilities of Team ASL.
