All Starley bikes are available in a multitude of combinations.  However, if you would like complete customisation, with upgrades and changes to wheels, bars, stems, and groupo (components) or to use your own components Starley are happy to assist in building a bike to suit your personal needs. 

Is shipping possible outside of Europe?

Yes, but is not included in the price of the bike, shipping can be organised at cost.

How long will I wait for my bike?

2 weeks if we have everything in stock OR, 6 weeks if the frame is not in stock.

Can I get a Starley bike with different components?

Yes, we can build the bike with Shimano, Campag, or Sram.

Can I get a Starley bike in a bespoke frame colour but to a standard design?

Yes, at an extra charge of £150.

Can I get custom artwork put on my bike?

Yes, there is an extra charge for this custom service.  Prices start from £150, please contact us for a quote.
Before artwork is commenced you will be required to have either paid for the frame/bike in full OR paid a deposit. If the order is cancelled the price of any custom artwork completed is still chargeable.

What guarantees do you offer?

5 years for Starley frame and forks, 2 years for Starley components, or manufacturers warranty.
