A good frame is often compromised by inferior wheels. Rotating mass effectively counts for twice that of the non rotating mass of a bike and so at Starley we build wheels to enhance the overall build of the bike. Lightweight but stiff wheel-sets that will perform ride after ride in all the conditions for which they were designed, from training, winter wheelsets ranging up to high end Track and Road Aero Disc.
